R. Bryan Stone

Bryan Stone has been practicing law for over 36 years, concentrating in real estate, finance, corporate and commercial transactions. Bryan is Board Certified in all areas of real estate law: Commercial, Residential, Farm and Ranch and Property Owners Association Law. He has represented buyers and sellers in all areas of real estate transactions including contract negotiations, closings, title and due diligence review. He also represents business owners in entity formation and buying and selling businesses. Bryan's involvement in financial transactions is broad based, representing both lenders and borrowers, with a concentration on the lender side.
